2 COMMUNICATIONS

Communications between Users are carried out outside of The System primarily using standard email applications. We can bare no responsibility for the content of communications between Users. Use of those applications is controlled exclusively by the software manufacturers or domain owners. They will hold Users responsible for the appropriate use of email addresses.

Email addresses stored on The System will not be accessible to Unregistered Users and are only available to Registered Users for the sole purpose of communication regarding Active Auctions, once the Seller replies to the Users message.

3 DATA PROTECTION

The few items of data users are required to enter is solely for use by the system and will not and can not be used to gather more information about individual users. It will not be made available to third parties at any stage.

The System will not store offensive words and users will not be able to submit information containing offensive words to the database. This includes all areas of The System except for email addresses and passwords. If users choose to enter this information incorrectly, it is the users responsibility to rectify them into working order.

If a user feels that an auction is offensive or contains inappropriate content, they should contact the Administrator immediately and wait for their decision. They should not attempt to take action on their own, i.e. contacting the seller regarding their complaint.

5 INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

If the Administrator concurs with a reported complaint or is required to act on repeated inappropriate behaviour from a user, the user will be sent a warning email.

Should the user in question continue their inappropriate behaviour, they will receive more warnings. After three warnings the user will be unable to use their account and should contact the Administrator if they require assistance in understanding what has occurred.

Inappropriate use of the system will not be tolerated and will not be allowed to continue on The System.
